FAQs

Our Frequently Asked Questions from our customers and community!
What is the Wireless E-File used for?

It’s a professional-grade electric nail file used for buffing, shaping, prepping and gently filing off your top coat to prepare for removal.

Can beginners use the E-File?

Yes! It’s designed to be user-friendly, with adjustable speeds and a cordless design. Start at a lower speed setting if you're new.

Do I need to file off the entire nail powder?

No—just gently file the Top Coat layer before using your Erase Pad or Rapid Removal Hub. This helps the remover work more efficiently. You can use for complete filing of your application but you should be very experienced so as to not thin the nails.

Is it rechargeable?

Yes! The E-File is wireless and comes with a USB charging cable. A full charge gives you up to 2 hrs of use.

How do I change the drill bit?

Hold the body firmly and gently pull out the existing bit. Insert the new one securely until you feel resistance.

Is it safe for thin or sensitive nails?

If your nails are thin from over filing, then do use on a low speed and just lightly touch the nail, ensuring that you always keep your e-file moving.

What speed should I use?

Use on low speed to removal of your Top Coat, but just 'feather' off the Top Coat, hardly touching the nails. Always keep your e-file moving, never staying in one position.

Higher speeds are suitable for shaping or buffing once you are confident.
Always test on one nail first.

What makes this better than manual filing?

It’s quicker, more consistent, and less tiring on your hands—perfect for frequent users or those with grip issues.

Can I use it on toes as well?

Yes! The E-File works for both fingernails and toenails.
